The vibrant decor, and we loved relaxing on the terrace with a view of Pico de Orizaba. The room was spacious and allowed us to enjoy fine views. We really liked the traditional cookies left for us, such a nice touch!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was perfect, making me feel comfortable and at ease. the hotel facilities were fantastic, with a beautiful patio and common areas. The location was great as it was close to the square, allowing me to easily explore this charming city. The staff was very helpful and friendly, providing me with excellent tips and even arranging transportation for me.

It is situated near a lively square, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a good-sized private bathroom. the staff was helpful and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and filling. the patio areas were great places to relax and unwind, especially after a long day of exploring.

The rooftop area is not well-equipped , with no chairs or tables available.

The rooftop was nice for seeing the fireworks, and the complimentary coffee was decent. the hotel is close to the city center and the staff seemed really friendly.
